Position: Sales & Business Development Manager
Experience: 5–10 Years
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Role & Responsibilities:
Drive sales for prototyping, additive manufacturing, and 3D printing solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
Handle B2B sales activities including client meetings, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to assess feasibility and prepare accurate costing.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.
Identify and target potential customers through various channels for 3D printing technologies, vacuum casting, FRP, and mock-up solutions.
Prepare monthly sales reports and follow up with customers for timely payments.
Key Skills:
Strong B2B sales experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial services.
Good understanding of 3D printing, prototyping, or advanced manufacturing (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and lead sales initiatives.
