Position: Sales & Business Development Manager
Experience: 5–10 Years
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for prototyping, additive manufacturing, and 3D printing solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.

  • Handle B2B sales activities including client meetings, proposals, and contract negotiations.

  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to assess feasibility and prepare accurate costing.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.

  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels for 3D printing technologies, vacuum casting, FRP, and mock-up solutions.

  • Prepare monthly sales reports and follow up with customers for timely payments.

Key Skills:

  • Strong B2B sales experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial services.

  • Good understanding of 3D printing, prototyping, or advanced manufacturing (preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead sales initiatives.
